Google TV allows you to search content on your TV, the web and applications. It can transform your TV into a digital entertainment box by reducing dependency on just Cable or STB networks. Starting 2011, TV manufactures bundle Google TV with them. Google TV brings content personalization to users thus you choose what you want to see. You can either buy a Google TV set box or a pre-configured Google TV. You can switch between watching television, web and use applications like in your phone. Google Chrome and Adobe Flash player is pre-installed in it. You can watch videos from YouTube, view photos, chat with friends. It’s just like a power computer designed for Media. Also you can use your android based or Iphone smart phone to control your TV. Seriously I am not joking about it. My final verdict about Google TV is that it is going to change the way you watch Television.

We know Google Street view, Moon view but the folks at Google had gone further to take high quality business photos of Local listing in Google Places. Right now business consumers in US, Japan and Australia could allow Google Photographers to take Interior photos of their businesses and publish it in their Google Places listing. The photos may include the storefront, decor, layout, merchandise, food, signage about hours and accepted payment types, and other items that help people learn more about a business and decide if they want to go there. Next time if you are looking for a good restaurant for your first date and worried about finding a better ambiance I hope Google places will come to rescue.
